The Logical Language Group
The Logical Language Group (LLG) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1987 to promote the scientific study of the relationships between language, thought and human culture.
It has principally been associated with the development, preservation and promotion of the Lojban language. For more on Lojban, visit its official website.
Structure
Some of the LLG's specific activities are carried out by dedicated committees.
- The Lojban Committee / LFK (lojbo fuzykamni), which is charged with improving formal descriptions of Lojban, elaborating under-documented language features, responding to issues that arise in usage, and maintaining language documentation and instructional materials.
- The Logical Language Research Committee, which is dedicated to the research and development of logical languages in general.
